From light to very heavy dirt
In removing heavy dirt, there is a conclusive recommendation - never use excessive violence! Instead you should start with a mild product and then gradually try stronger and more effective products. Within the Sterisol product programme products are ranged from very mild to very effective.

Light and heavy dirt
All Sterisol products are skin friendly and effective. When removing light dirt the Sterisol Liquid Soap works excellently. If a higher level of dirt removal is needed the Sterisol Hand Cleanser is the answer.

Extremely heavy dirt
No matter how heavy the dirt is, never use products with solvents. Sterisol Hand Cleanser Ultra Clean, with an abrasive is a highly effective product that can handle extremely heavy dirt, and still be gentle to hands and environment.

Skin emollients - good for everybody
Cleaning hands is much easier if you, regulary, apply skin lotion to your hands; preferably every time you have washed your hands, but at least when you leave work.
